Hi Ladies - I was wondering if there is anyone out there who has experienced -hpt after 15dpo but later found out that they were pregnant.

My cycle is usually 26 - 29 days without meds. Last cycle was May 27th and lasted for 29 days. This cycle started on June 25th but it has not ended but yet hpt was negative today 15dpo. I had pretty bad cramps about a week ago which made me think this cycle will be pretty bad so by now it should have started. I don't really feel preg but I don't feel like af is going to start either. I have light cramps off and on, backaches quiet painful for an hour or so, waves of nausea all which I get with periods too.

I'm going to see my Dr next week on 21dpo if af has not showed up.

Any experience with this? Any comment?

Faith - Keep the faith ! :) I did some searching for you on another site I am using where you can look thru charts, etc. There were a bunch of people who had - tests at 15DPO and received a + later. Here are some examples:
- 15 DPO and + 18DPO
- 13 DPO and - 15 DPO and +16 DPO
- 15 DPO and B+ (blood) 16 DPO
- 18 DPO and + 19 DPO
- 15 DPO and - 16 DPO and + 28 DPO
- 15 DPO and +18 DPO

Don't count yourself out yet!

Tracy - Thanks. Wow, 28 DPO! Phew, that is a long wait, I can imagine what she was going through. Would the site happen to be fertilityfriend.com? If not could you post the link here.

What is your story if you don't mind?

Yes, that would be the site! I am always looking through the Chart Gallery over there. I kep my own there as well.

My story...I have been married since 1998, been TTC since before the wedding! We used clomid and got pregnant my second month on it, but m/c. Tried clomid a bunch more, 3 months here, 3 months there and all BFN. Did 4 IUI's clomid/trigger all BFN. I was younger then, and the RE didn't really take me seriously. Couldn't find anything wrong, so eventually the stress got to us and we took a break. We ended up adopting, which was definately not in the plan, but has been the best thing that ever happened to me, so far! Anyway, after moving this past year, we decided to try again...so obgyn puts me on clomid the past two months, then I go see the RE, find out I have cysts and here I am. No meds this month, but DH has a SPA coming up this month, and hopefully the results will give us something to go on! I don't mind telling my story! What about you?

Tracy – Thanks; unfortunately af just showed up. I’m ok though because I wasn’t even expecting to get to 13 dpo and here I am today at 15 dpo so the cycle was not all bad. Since it started today, it means my lp this cycle is 14 days!!!

We’ve been at it for 2+ years but we’ve been on a treatment break for 2 months now. I didn’t try clomid so I can’t comment on it, I went straight to iui and several treatments later we are still trying. One thing that did improve is the length of my cycle. It used to be 24 – 27 days with less than 10 dpo but now it is 27 – 31 days with 12 – 14 dpo. Hopefully we will get our wish on our own soon.

Sorry to hear that AF has arrived, but glad for your positive outlook! Great for your longer cycle, and the LP. Hopefully we both get our wish soon!
