So...sleeping has been such an issue for me this past week... It is not because I am big, becuase I am not, my belly is still little, I just have insomnia.... my heart is constantly racing because of blood flow and my mind!

I was up the entire night last night, I know I am going to die tomorrow when it totally hits me, but this is the 3rd time (night) this week that I have not slept!

Any suggestions? anyone else suffering from insomnia....? I used to drink a glass of red wine and it would help, obviousley I can't do that!

IKES... :)

Michelle, try to take warm(not hot)bath before bed and "sleepy time tea".Well, with tea,you might wake up go to the bathroom...but it should help you to fall asleep

Im also to that point where i think about haveing her all the time. It doesnt help that im on bedrest so i dont get to burn energy either. But marina is right try a warm bath. I also use my dd lavendar bath it helps to at least relax me. How far are you?

I have suffered with Restless Legs syndrome meaning my legs won't stay still at bed-time.
I don't have it all the time but just sometimes.
Drives me crazy, takes ages to get to sleep and then I'm up god knows how many times during the night going to the toilet.
I usually love sleeping on my tummy so now I am not able to I have opted to sleep on my side with a pillow for support which helps alot.

Michelle - I was told that you can use Tylenol PM but not more then 2 nights per week...I guess I should repost the medications list for some of the new girls...Talk to you soon.
