Hi everyone. I am so confused!!! I found out I was pregnant in the middle of May with a HPT. In fact, I took 6 of them because I couldn't believe it was true! A few days later at my doctor's apt. I was given a blood test to find out my HCG count. My count came back at a low 203. My doctor said that I was either very early in my pregnancy OR I had a very early miscarriage and my levels were on their way down. My doctor sent me for a follow up blood test 5 days later. Unfortunatly, my veins were shot after having a blood test a few days before and the tech could not draw blood that morning. They decided to start with a urine test and see if my levels had droppped enough to produce a negative response. Sadly, the urine test was negative....here we are 1 week later and I'm still having the same pregnancy symptoms but minor spotting. I took another HPT today and it was positive...Whats going on here???
Please help me- this is so stressful to my husband and me.

Sounds like it was an early pregnancy that went wrong..

I have lost more than 10 pregnancies..SO I feel Like an expert here in this department.. I usually lose my pregnancy at the 6th week but I have lost them as early as 3 weeks and the same has happened... Keep checking HCG's for 4 weeks..

Talk to the Doc about Progesterone pills this may help..

I have had false negative and positive hpt. I do not trust them at all. I have the worst veins in the world i have been going through fertility for 5 years 7 pregnacied with one success story so far i have so many blown veins but they always find one in my hand or something. If a tech cant find one ask for another tech and get your levels.
