Hi! My name is Jennifer and I am new to all of this. My husband and I have our first appointment with a specialist tomorrow. I am able to concieve, but my husband has no chance what so ever. We are thinking about IUI as soon as possible, but we are really concerned that we will not be able to make mends meet. We heard it is VERY EXPENSIVE. :( Can anyone recommend a good center? We live in Michigan. Thanks

P.S. Please use real words or fill me in on abbreviations. I am new at this!!!!!

Hi - I also go to IVF Michigan - it's great - I see the Flint office a lot more than Rochester - but all proceedures are done in Rochester -

JenF - Hi, I'm also a fellow Michigander (Grand Rapids) My fertility clinic is amazing - we got pregnant with triplets on the first try, and it costs us about $7,000 including meds. (Very low compared to other parts of the country) Good luck!

I too am from Michigan. ElizabethS- what clinic do you go to?? Did you do IVF that cost $7,000?? That's pretty good if that is what you did. I am currently going to University of Michigan Hospital- we have done two IUI's, both unsuccessful. We are thinking of trying somewhere else.
