Hello,

I'm 24 years old and have had two failed IUI's using 5mg of Letrozole. Dr. believes I am pco because of a constant high LH, however all other tests ex insulin resistance ultrasounds etc.. have come back normal. This cycle will be my third IUI using the same protocol. In general how long do you continue with the same protocol before trying something else? My RE does not want to use injectable because as she puts it she fears I will sky rocket because of my age and they would have to cancel the cycle. However I feel my chances would be better with at least one injectable instead of just letrozole which only stimulates one follicle. What do you think?

Thank you

Sarah
