We had a scan on 6W 0 days which showed two
gestational sacs. yolk sac, fetal pole, fetal heart beat
was seen for both. The sizes of the gestational sac's were different at 6W2D and 5W4D. We are a bit
concerned about this. Is this something we should be
worried about.

You may well discover that the smaller one catches up with the larger one. Both may be normal gestations.
