I have hypotolamic amenorhea. Currently I have pelvic pain, whoch i can not describe as pain but rather tension or heavy feeling. It comes and goes. It is 32nd day after my last period (i had estrogen-progesteron therapy, which resulted in menses, then my own first in 3 years period came 52 days after the medicated one). Since the last period I am having that pelvic disconfort and some discomfort on the right side (around ovary). I had ultrasound done, which showed 2mm lining and several small follikules in the right ovary. There wa no problems seen on the u/s. What may cause the discomfort? What otehr tests may need to be done to make sure that nothing is going wrong in myself?
I want to make sure to save at lease my lower reproductive system for IUI or IVF. Please help
