Hello Dr.,
12 days post 3 day ebryo transfer, my hcg was 7.4, 48 hours later it was at 15, another 48 hours later is was 21. I'm being told to go off meds and get a period while my husband wants to go another 48 hours as there is nothing to lose. Is there hope of a turnaround with such low levels (late implantation perhaps?) What does this mean?

Based on the numbers you relate, you probably do not have a good pregnancy. The advic e of your RE is probably appropriate.
