Hi, I just had a question for you....Here's my story:

Many failed clomid and clomid / iui attempts at pregnancy (had 1 that ended in miscarriage)....the I had my first round of gonal-f / iui and it worked....
14 dpo hcg was 35 and progesterone 120, estradiol >4000
18 dpo hcg was 126 and progesterone 220, estradiol >5000!!!

So, 2 questions:

1. Is my HCG good enough?

2. What could SUCH a high progesterone mean? Could it mean doubles?

Prior to the IUI, I had 4 mature follies and I'd love to have twins....

Thanks in advance!

A single hCG determination is not predictive. You want the level to at least double in 48 hours. There is really not a progesterone level which is too high. As far as twins, OK, but be happy with a healthy pregnancy.
Congratulations!
