Hello doctor,

approx a week and a half after my transfer, I was to be be taking a 3 hour domestic flight and returning after two days. Will that be a problem at all ? Should I cancel the trip in the best interests of acheiving and maintaining a pregnancy ?

There are no data that I know of to indicate a problem. If you achieve a pregnancy, it is like any other pregnancy, regardless of what you had to do to achieve it.
