???
Hello Dr
I am a 37 year old female with dx of cardiomyopathy my ef rate is 45% I am doing well I still take meds. I am wondering will the meds effect the ivf meds. I am concerned that I am waisting my time. In addition, I found that my tsh is 1.5 the ER say it is okay. I had to double up on IVF meds for ovulation but I made it. I only was able to transfer 3 assisted hatched embroyores and none of them implanted. Should I try again and try the blaystocyst I blieve I am saying this correct I hope so.

Your cardiomyopathy may be a significant problem if you become pregnant. Talk to your cardiologist. You may wish to use a gestational carrier.
Good luck.
