I'm on my first IVF cycle. My day 4 e2 was 32 (gonal-f, 150, 2xday). My Dr. increased my gonal-f to 225x2. Day 6 e2 was 93. I don't have today's e2 results yet (day 8), but my Dr. said that we might have to cancel this cycle. (the ultrasound this morning showed about 11 fol.)
What could be the reason for this? Under what circumstances would you cancel the cycle? (I'm 34 and my Dr. said my e2 levels should be much higher at this stage).
