I am going the inexpensive route and doing home insemination, but with meds. I did 3 expensive IUIs and got negative results and cannot afford IVF. I no longer have my meds schedule on those 3 tries, so I need help on when to start the progesterone, estrogen, and menopur & follistim when my next period begins. I am pretty sure I started the progesterone and estrogen after insemination, but cannot remember how many days after my period I started menopur & follistim. Can you please help?
