Can someone please explain Vericose Veins in Uterus, "pelvic congestion syndrome?"

And how this would make my wife infertility?

Thanks.

During pregnancy, blood flow to the uterus increases enormously. The veins become distended, and remain so after pregnancy. Pelvic congestion syndrome is the collection of symptoms related to "varicose veins" of the uterus. I know of no reason that it would impair fertility.
Good luck.

So if she has never been pregnant how would that change the equation?

If she has never been pregnant, it is less likely she has pelvic congestion. There may be some other cause for her discomfort, and there is at least 1 other cause for her impaired fertility. It is almost certainly not caused by pelvic congestion.
Good luck.
