What is a normal level for progesterone at 7 dpo on a non medicated cycle? My level was 15.76. I've had a chemical pg this year and wanted to know if this could have been caused by low progesterone. Thanks.

Your progesterone in a no-pregnant state is fine. If you were pregnant, I would want it to be at least 20 ng/ml.

Thank you. Are chemical pregnancies caused by low progesterone? Is there a natural progesterone cream that you would recommend?

Biochemical pregnancies are probably abnormal form the beginning. At most 1/3 of the eggs a woman produces are capable of a successful pregnancy.

Thank you. Do you think I need to get my progesterone checked again to make sure it's ok? Is taking vitex a good idea to help regulate hormones?

There are no scintific studies to support the claims made about herbal products. We do know that some of them interfere with prescription medications. Since I have no data, I cannot recommend the product.
