I am exactly 5 weeks 4 days pregnant today. My HCG @ 15dpo was 178 & progesterone 38, @ 19dpo HCG 1842 & progesterone 34. I had my first ultrasound today & the doctor said he saw a gestational sac that is measuring correct @ 5 weeks & 4 days. He did not see a yolk sac but did see a fetal pole but no heartbeat yet. Should he have seen a yolk sac? Doesn't a yolk sac come before a fetal pole? Do you think things are looking good or should I be worried? I go back in one week. Thanks!

It really is too early to see much more than a gestational sac. I wait until 7 to 8 weeks of pregnancy before doing an ultrasound. You actually have something to look at, then.
