Hi Dr B. Jacobs, I have a question. I am on cycle day 20, I ovulated 7 days ago. I had a ultrasound done today and my Endometrial lining is 14mm. Is that a good number on the uterus lining for a egg to implant to? Or is the Uterus lining to thick? Thank you. Red7

I have seen no data impling that an endometrium can be too thick for an embryo to implant. The endometrium needs to be greater than 7 mm thick, preferably at least 8 mm.
