I have been trying to get pregnant for four years but no luck. everything came normal with me and my husband. I took clomid for six months and Now it is my third cycle on Menopur. I had very good response to menopur but I didn't get pregnant. I have active lupus. Do you think because of lupus I am not getting pregnant. My doc told me that I am normal to conceive.

I have seen no data that lupus, itse3lf, will impair fertility. If you also have a coagulation problem related to your immune problem, that would increase your risk of miscarriage.
