I am currently taking 1.5 cc PIO injections daily. I am going on Monday for a blood test to check my progesterone level. I get my injection at 0630 and my test is scheduled for 0815. My question is: How fast is the PIO absorbed? and If I get an injection 2 hours prior to the blood draw will that cause an inaccurate result?

I have my patients wait unti after the blood draw to take their progesterone.
