My cycles are always 28 days long. Always. I just had my clomid challenge test this past month. During this clomid cycle, I ovulated at day 14 (per the ovulation predictor kit). I am now at day 31 (3 days past when my period is due) and I have not had my period but the home pregnancy tests keep coming back negative. Could the clomid have an affect on this? Thank you.

It is not uncommon for Clomid to produce ovarian cysts, which secrete hormones. It is possible you have a residual cyst, which has not resolved, yet.
