Wife and I have a wedding in May and she will be 7 months at this point. Wedding is for Wife's sister in Arkansas and will be traveling from Las Vegas. Our options are
Air=3 hours, Car=30 hours, Train will sleep car=28 hours. Wife has protein S deficiency and on Lovenox 40mg Daily and has been on for a month so far. Any opinions or info would be helpful. MD recommends Train over any other but does not recommend travel at all. My wife and I are in desperate need of vacation have not had one since June '06 but are well aware of risks involved with any travel. ???

Once a pregnancy is established, it does not matter how it was established. During your travel, she should walk for a few minutes every hour to minimize the risk of blood poolong in her leg veins and forming clots.
Congratulations!
