Hello,

I got the embryo transfer done on Feb 14. From next day onwards, I started observing pain in the pubic bone sometimes near the groin area also. What causes this pain?

I really have no way of knowing. From your descripttion, it does not sound like an ovary. It sounds like a muscular pain. Pleas ask your own physician to evaluate you.
