If you are using donor sperm for IVF, is it standard practice to use ICSI? Or do you get just as good fertilization rates without this added procedure?

Using donor sperm, you assume the sperm are normal. The sperm banks do not check for sperm morphology, so you do not know for sure. We do not automatcally do ICSI with donor sperm.
