Our insurance won't cover infertility costs until after 2 YEARS of DOCUMENTED infertility. We're just not close enough to that requirement yet and have absorbed a few costs ourselves. Our next step could possibly be a dye test, but it would also be self-pay. So, does anyone out there know how much they paid, or how much such a test typically runs?
