Went through the whole male check ... general physical, US, Scope, blood work, semen check ... still zero count and only high FSH (36), testosterone (avg).

Any comments?

There is a handful of specialists in the country who are actually trained to do male ferrility work. The general urologist has only limited training. My advice is to find and see one for a thorough evaluation and treatment plan. I have been fortunate to have a trained individual in my area, with whom I have collaborated for about 15 years.

Very insightful that you picked up on me using a Urologist. I was trying to solve another minor issue and included the infertility. At best I got a very detailed check, even the 'scope' up the front ... for a lack of a better phrase.

So I was just curious that my FSH was so high and nothing else high or low. Thanks for your response annnd if finances permitting , a specialist.
