hello,
I am a 26-year old with hipotolamic amenorhea. Low FSh and LH, other homrones are normal. I am desiring pregnancy very much. I am interested in GnRH pump treatment as it seems to have least side effects and risks, and little monitoring. I wold like to try to conceive naturally. Do you know any place in US where the treatment is available? I live in VA but willing to travel if necessary.

When I was in academic medicine, we tried it for a while. Unfortunately, it took an extremely long time, and a lot of GnRH (expensive). It is far more cost effective and far less frustrating to use menotropin therapy.
