Hi Dr Jacobs. I have gotten pregnant using Femara and also gotten pregnant on Nolvadex ( Tamoxifen), But both of the pregnancy's ended in early miscarriages, Here is the Question. Which one is better? Femara or Nolvadex at giving the woman a better cervical mucus and a thicker endometrium Lining? Thank you.

Tamoxifen is an anti estrogen. Femara merely blochs estrogen production for a few days to encourage follicle growth. I have seen no data comparing the 2. The use of either for induction of ovulation is considered off lable. Neithe has FDA approval for that purpose, but there are some encouraging data about Femara.
Good luck.
