Please wiat until 2 weeks after egg retrieval. If you try too early, you will get a false positive. There is also the potential to detect a "biochemical pregnancy". Sometimes a conception occurs, but dies not implant to establish a real pregnancy. I think it is cruel to have a positive test that goes away.
