Dr. Jacobs- Just a quick question. What is the typical increase of E2 levels during the stimulation phase of an IVF cycle?

The increase in estrogen level can vary greatly from one person to another. I like to see the level roughly double every 48 hours. Over the span of a week, that can produce a significant level.

Thank you Dr. Jacobs- I was initially concerned about my numbers. They were slow to rise during the first 4 days of stims, but seem to be a little more than doubling every 48 hrs since day 4.
