hello dr,

I was wondering if BBT will still be accurate in IVF 2ww period means that if you are pregnant your bbt will stay up for more than 18 days past retrieval.

please advise.

You are probably taking supplemental progesterone after your egg retrieval. Progesterone is what causes your basal temperature to rise, and the temperature will remain elevated as long as there is progesterone around.
