We have just completed our invitro cycle early and have some always refrigerated medications that need a new home. We have two 450IU bottles of Gonal F. They were purchased on December 19th from Safeway Pharmacy on Sunrise Ave. in Roseville, CA. Lot No. Y0986215 with an expiration date of 12-2009. The cost for this medication is $500 for both vials. This will include next day air through FEDEX at our expense and an ice pack to keep the medication cold during its journey. Both boxes are sealed and in pristine condition. We will keep the pharmacy label on the box for your information. Note that we were getting 525IU to 550IU yield out of each bottle, so be careful about buying too much. In addition we have four vials of Menopur 75IU. The box which contained 5 vials has been opened. There are 4 vials which still retain their factory seal and five vials of sodium chloride. The cost of this medicine is $100 for the four vials. These will be shipped at our expense via USPS first class mail. There is no refrigeration requirement for Menopur which comes in a powder format.
