Last meds left from an unused IVF cycle, in box unopened and follistim kept refrigerated and shipped in cooler. Located in Northern Virginia.

Follistim cartridges 300 IU – 9 cartridges (exp. 10/2009) $150/cartridge; Follistim pen (exp. 3/2009) – included w/purchase of all cartridges.

Gonal F; Multi dose 450 IU; 6 syringes per box – 25 boxes; $200/box (exp. 9/2008)
