Hi,

My husband had a semen analysis last week with the following results

180 mil
69% motile
21% morphology

All results are up significantly from last year, following his bi-lateral varicocelectomy, however, note that his morphology is still under 30%. We're doing 3 IUI's/clomid before moving to ICSI.

Do you think the morphology is that big of a concern for IUI?

The consensus is that morphology does blay a big role in IUI because so many sperm are inseminated, the egg has plenty to choose from. Best of luck.
