I am 32 and am on my 2nd ivf. (transfer today) First ivf in Nov resulted in tubal pregnancy and loss of the tube. I had a prior tubal 10 years ago naturally. This time after transfer (day 3, 1 8cell grade B and 1 7cell grade B), the doc had me sit up rather than lay down due to the fact that my uterus is tilted downward a great deal, and therefore maybe the fluid they are in is landing close to and travelling to the tube due to gravity. Could this be the reason I have had tubal pg in the past and is it likely that this will make a difference this time?? If not, how can I prevent a tubal again besides removing the other tube?

Sorry, but your question is outside my area of expertise. Try posting your question on Dr Jacob's Infertility 101 Message Board. Perhaps he will be able to answer.
