The World Health Organization defines your situation as "subfertile". That translates to a decreased chance of pregnancy. Decreased, but not zero.
It is impossible to predict your chances of pregnancy in a meaningful way. However, we never say never. Everybody knows somebody, who knows somebody who heard it from a friend that this women got pregnant with her husband who had 4 motile sperm. I read it on the internet. These reports are anecdotal and generally not true. At 38, your biological clocking is ticking loudly. I would suggest moving on to assisted reproductive technologies such as interuterine insmeination (IUI) or in vitro fertilization (IVF) to improve your chances.
