Yes, frozen-thawed blastocyst stage embryos are more likely to result in a pregnancy compared to cell-stage embryos. This is because blastocysts have already developed beyond the Day 3 (hump) and are therefore of superior developmental potential.
Embryos frozen on Day 6 have a slightly dimished developmental potential compared to Day 5, but we get lots of pregnancies from frozen-thawed Day 6 embryos.
The BB's are not so great and its a bit "iffy" that they will survive. THe AB will probably be O.K.
