No one is sure, from a scientific point of view, how much stress pays a part in miscarriage. We've all heard stories that support the idea that too much stress can cause a miscarriage - but who really knows? You may want to try Yoga, Tai Chi, TM or some other type of "natural" relaxation technique. If that doesn't work, ask your OB about anti-anxiety medication that may be taken during pregnancy. |
