I am just wondering what the odds are that a male with a low sperm count and unexplained infertility will have a bad result on his SDD test. My RE has ordered this test for my husband. If his test shows problems is there any hope for us to conceive?

There's no absolute relationship between low sperm concentration and results of the SDD. Your RE will explain the results of the test. An abnormal SDD does not prevent pregnancy, but it lessens the chances.
