I just did my third fresh IVF cycle, transferring 3 embryos of very good quality, one has started compaction on day 3.
I never achieved pregnancy with the previous 2 fresh cycles and FET. I changed to another clinic and was treated with IVIG for elevated NK activity.
I wonder with 3 good quality embryos, what would the chances of having a triplet? I read from some other postings that statistically about half of the embryos at day 3 do not make it to a blastocyst. Is that correct even for good quality embryos at day 3?
