No. Its normal for the E2 to decrease after retrieval/transfer. If you taking estrogen supplements, variation is expected as you change patches. Shortly after implantation, the E2 can go up, but not always. As long as it stays above 100 pg/ml, it is sufficient to support a pregnancy. |
