Hi Dr Smith

A little history..
I am 33, have PCOS, have recently lost 70 lbs
I have a 3 year old - conceived after a failed IUI cycle naturally
Have tried IVF, one chemical and one failed FET

So here we are again, husbands sperm are fine, only problem is my PCOS and not ovulating.

We are going to do injects but should we bother with trying intercourse after trigger shot or just move straight to IUI??

Straight to IUI. Chances of pregnancy using intercourse after injectables (ovarian stimulation) is the same as intercourse without injectables. Don't waste your time and money.
