[color=Pink][/color]my question doctor is if I could get pregnat somehow even thouhgt i had tubal ligation the type in which they cut and burn i'm desperate and I need help please, i'm 30 years old and I was 22 when the doctor did this procidure and he didd't verbaly give me any options not to be pregnant again and now I now it was a big mistake

Your best chance of pregnancy is through in vitro fertilization (IVF). During IVF, the Fallopian tubes are bypassed, so it is unnecessary to have functioning tubes. IVF in your age group is very successful (relatively speaking) and you could expect a 50/50 chance of a term pregnancy at a reputable IVF center.
