What are my chances with frozen blastocyst transfer? I have a 12 month old from my first IVF 2 years ago, but recently had two failed fresh IVF's transferring Day 3 embryos. My clinic was able to freeze 4 Blastocysts two rated "great" and two rated "good." Unfortunately, my clinic has only done 15 transfers of two thawed Blastocysts each but so far they have a 50% success rate. They are giving me a 30% chance as I am almost 38. My doctor does not recommend testing for immunity issues as I had a recent success with a full term healthy birth with my first IVF/ICSI.

I agree that if two "great" blastocyst stage embryos are thawed and transferred, your chances are about 30%.

Best of luck.
