hi, from South Africa desperately need your advice. I'm 27 DH is 30, after 2 icsi attempts one assisted hatching (both failed) we did serum fish which we learnt DH has Heterozygous pericentric inversion of chromosome 1, with increased length of heterochromatic region. 46XY,1qh+(1) (p36.13;q25.3). We have read our options cos no one bothers to interpret results here, 1st, send semen for FISH, or do PGD on frozen embryos, or transfer frozen embryos and hope for the best as said by our doc. What do you think is the way forward from here? PLEASE HELP. More importantly is it even possible to have a baby with this chromosome inversion? Thanx.
