Dear Dr,
I have had a few IVF failures and did the APA blood work and got positive result for IgM PC. The other 20 types of APA are normal. I have read that anti cardiolipin and lupus anticoagulant are types of APA. Since I have already done APA bloodwork, is it necessary for me to do anticardiolipin and lupus anticoagulant bloodwork as well? If I do not, what part of the diagnosis am i missing? Looking forward to your advice. thank you

Your question is outside my field of expertise. This is a medical issue. Try asking Dr Jacob on the Infertility 101 message board. Sorry I couldn't help.
