Hi,
I was looking at my embie report and under outcome of the embies we used I see MFC and MFR, can you tell me what those stand for? The first 2 they transferred which were both AB were labeled as MFR.

Unfortunately, there is no standard for abreviations used in the IVF lab. When I review reports from other labs, I feel like I'm translating hieroglyphics from the wall of an ancient Egyptian tomb. Sorry, I can't help you. I can't even imagine what the MFC and MFR refer to. The AB is probably part of their grading system with an A being better than a B, but I honestly don't know.
