I just had my first u/s at exactly 6 weeks post retrieval. I had a day 3 transfer. 2 fetuses were present but no heartbeat. My doctor said one appeared to have stopped growing about 2 weeks ago and one was the correct size. He took an hcg level and will take it again in 2 days. He said occasionally with multiple gestation it takes longer to see the heartbeat and there's a chance this pregnancy could be ok. I fear the worst. In your opinion is there any hope for this pregnancy?
