I had a IVF done on 1/1/07, had my blood work today. It came back positive, but at 19%...I had a miscarriage before, is this going to happen to me again? Should I not worry and hope that the percentage will go up? Is all hope lost?

It is not a percentage, it is the hCG concentration in your blood. Depending on when the blood was taken, 19 is a pretty low number. The hCG concentration should approximately double every 48 hours. If it does not increase at this rate, it looks pretty bad. Sorry.

Had blood work done again this morning. Went up to 29%..is this still not looking good? Is there anything I can do to make sure this works? I am taking 1cc of progesterone with olive oil, and 2 estray pills/day. Does this mean a miscarriage is in the works?

My niece who is a nurse mentioned that if you have muliple embryos implanted, that your HCG level takes longer to double, then it quickly starts doubling..is this true?

Your hCG value is not doubling appropriately, so it unlikely that it is a viable pregnancy. BUT, hang in there until it is clear.

I have never heard of what you niece told you. That's not to say its untrue, I just have never heard of it.
