Hi Doc,

Did bloods again yesterday 2275%! Can I get excited? Next friday 1st ultrasound. Where does that put me in terms of weeks? The IVF was done on 1/1/07? When can I tell my 8 year old?

Wait for the ultrasound before you get too excited. After you can see a fetal heartbeat on ultrasound, then you can relax a bit. However, you still have to make it through the first trimester and a lot can happen during that time. Cautious optimism.
