I have (3) boxes of Gonal F 300 IU pens, and (1) box of Menopur 75 IU. The Menopur has 5 vials of the FSH meds and the accompanying diluent. All have been refrigerated since I received them end of April. The Gonal F expires 4/10 and the Menopur expires 9/10.
I paid $249 for each Gonal F pen and $325 for the box of Menopur. I was fortunate enough to get pregnant on our first cycle and we wound up using less meds than expected since I responded so well.
